Jessica Edwards is known for her innovative use of technology and video in real estate and cutting-edge marketing tactics.  As the breakout star of Coldwell Banker's YouTube Channel, she has received local and national recognition for her efforts and success.  As a full time Realtor in Wilmington, NC, The Carolinas Finest, Jessica Edwards & Associates are honored to consistently be a top team with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage.  With an intimate knowledge and expertise of the local luxury market paired with the international reach of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury she has become sought after for her passionate dedication. Her hands-on approach, and adaptability have earned her a well-respected reputation, not only with clients but also amongst her peers throughout the industry.

Originally from West Virginia, Edwards graduated magna cum laude from The University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2004. She then immediately pursued and launched her real estate career.  Edwards is actively involved in the local community. She currently sits on the UNCW Foundation Board and believes in giving back through various philanthropic efforts on a continued basis.  

Family life is extremely important to Edwards and she makes sure to also spend as much time possible with family and friends, especially her two children, Maggie and George. Whether relaxing at home together, laughing with friends over a glass of wine, or soaking up the coastal sunshine on the water, Edwards is truly grateful for the tremendous amount of love and support around her.
