Welcome to Landfall

Location

One of Landfall’s biggest draws is its perfect location within Wilmington. It’s only a short drive over the Wrightsville Beach Bridge before white sands and the blue Atlantic Ocean greet residents. But that’s just one direction. In the other direction is historic downtown Wilmington with boutiques, restaurants, attractions, and more to suit a variety of tastes. A quick drive down Oleander Drive is the heart of Wilmington where many more businesses and shops are located.

Some Wilmington-area residents choose to move as close as possible to the beach. Some want to be able to walk the cobblestone streets of downtown Wilmington. Some want to be close to their place of business. Residents of Landfall don’t have to choose.
