Welcome to Landfall

One of Landfall’s biggest draws is its perfect location within Wilmington. It’s only a short drive over the Wrightsville Beach Bridge before white sands and the blue Atlantic Ocean greet residents. But that’s just one direction. In the other direction is historic downtown Wilmington with boutiques, restaurants, attractions, and more to suit a variety of tastes. A quick drive down Oleander Drive is the heart of Wilmington where many more businesses and shops are located.

Providing a range of amenities, Landfall seeks to care for every need and cater to every want of its residents. A gated community, Landfall has security that is covered through HOA dues. Additionally, yard work and lawn maintenance is included, checking off some people’s least favorite chores.

Beautifully manicured nature trails and outdoors spaces can be found throughout the substantial acreage of the community. It is not uncommon to see residents out en masse taking advantage of Wilmington’s beautiful weather and Landfall’s gorgeous green spaces. The Olympic-sized pool accommodates those who swim for sport and exercise, as well as those just looking to cool off and splash around. The fitness center is a state-of-the-art facility with excellent and plentiful equipment as well as fitness classes to suit every skill and fitness level.

Due in part to its substantial size, Landfall has a diverse array of housing options tailored to fit a range of budgets.

It is the involvement of Landfall’s residents that really brings the community together and make it more than just another neighborhood. Most of Landfall’s committees and projects are run by residents. This serves to gather neighbors and community members together towards a common goal, forming lasting friendships along the way.
