Welcome to Wrightsville Beach

An oceanfront town of serene, family-focused living just steps from Wilmington’s best amenities

Along North Carolina’s scenic coastline, the white-capped, blue-green waves of the Atlantic ebb against the picture-perfect shores of Wrightsville Beach. The laid-back and family-friendly town rests on a sandy island connected to the mainland through a series of waterways and bridges. A four-mile swath of golden beach creates an effortlessly breezy ambiance, and residents feel worlds away from busier urban areas.

Wrightsville Beach was used as a backdrop for the filming of “Dawson’s Creek” and has a long, rich history of dazzling its visitors. The town’s European establishment dates back as far as the early 1700s when the first formal property was constructed, and Wrightsville Beach lays claim to one of the oldest yachting clubs in the entire country.

With sun-kissed waterfront real estate and docking spaces, it isn’t hard to see why the homes in Wrightsville Beach can go for more than $4 million. Home styles span throughout the century; however, each residence maintains an effervescent, beachy vibe that facilitates a resort-like lifestyle. Two-story Cape Cod beauties renovated condos with backyard boat docking and airy single-family ranches are just a few of the options available to ocean-loving buyers.
